He's the tall redhead with the Irish accent who handles Food Inventory. You've probably seen him around, even if you didn't know it was him.

Oh, other redhead that's got the accent. Yeah, got it, I've seen him around. No idea what an Irish accent is before just now though.

I'll catch up with Sweeney with the idea, and keep me updated. Worse comes to worst, we can just ask for the help.

We are lucky to have a lot of people available to pick up shifts. The kitchens have definitely gone through periods of much leaner staffing.
