Jinx is doing a task for the infirmary. I'm busy. Go help her access warden locked areas so she can place her posters.

[ Nothing in his tone suggests he's seen the results. Maybe he's just reporting because Jinx mentioned today's the day. Surely not at all enabling her. ]

[ A pause as he listened. ]

You got it, boss.

[ There was an audible grin in his voice, but he didn't quite laugh. He didn't need to--he was sure Vincent understood why Reno was so amused and nonchalant about him coming out of the blue to boss him around over a trivial task. ]

[ If Vincent wasn't being an unusual level of gremlin so busy, he might have something more serious to say about that humor. ]

Try not to get any ideas.

[ It's barely grumpy. Both of them know what's up. And even if Reno needs to catch up on why he's being tasked with this... well, it the mystery won't last long.

Letting Jinx wallpaper the Barge with the notice won't hurt anyone. And clearly it's important to make everyone understand the infirmary has some showers and a bathtub now. ]

[ Reno's pretty good at figuring things out on the fly, and he'd rather the surprise, anyway. They'll be sure to stick extra posters on Vincent's door, probably in some obnoxious shape or other. ]

Drop her off with you after, or is she free to go?

[ Vincent's door is already papered. How else would he know? ... I MEAN... ]

Let her go. She's not under my supervision.

[ She's just doing the job he didn't want to bother with. ]
